The CIO of your organization walks into your office one Friday afternoon. As he closes

about to tell you, you are fired. He then explains that the team of programmers that you
supervise will be released to seek other options and that all of your projects
programming tasks will be outsourced to a country in Eastern Europe. Your job is to

to any of the companys programmers that they will soon be replaced. He instructs you
